Soap & Glory Christmas Gifting 2023 Sample Review

 

Many years ago I interviewed one of the UK’s leading chemist and scientist behind the formulas of very expensive skincare brands. He had met me to discuss his own launch, and during our interview he gave away a few top secrets that I am sharing with you today. He told me that Soap & Glory was one brand in particular that had just as many actives and quality ingredients as some of the high end ‘Duty Free’ brands, and that they delivered the same results. Since then I have always recommended this brand for people who were on a tight budget. This year some of their Christmas gifting has incredible value and is worth snapping up early.

I shouldn’t be a sucker for packaging but I am. First of all this gift set contains 5 travel sized skin products, all encased in a see through wash bag. 

• Clean on Me Body ™ Body Wash 75ml - contains Benzyl Salicyclate that can help with acne prone skin types. 
• The Righteous Butter ™ Body Butter 75ml -filled with nourishing and moisturising Coconut Oil and Cocoa Seed Butter. Both ingredients are anti-inflammatory and protect the skin from harsh elements (i.e pollution and wind). 
• Scrub Of Your Life ™ Body Scrub 50ml - ingredients include Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange), Peel Extract, which helps boost circulation to the skin, so skin looks brighter and has more radiance. It also has Quillaja Saponaria Wood Extract, an ingredient that helps keep moisture in the skin and so also boosts hydration. 
• Puffy Eye Attack ™ Under-Eye Brightening Hydrogel Patches - contains Condrus Crispus Extract, this ingredient helps soothe the eyes and is ideal for sensitive skin. With Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract this helps firm sagging dehydration lines, as well as brightening the under eye area. It has been proven to fade dark circles so ideal for tired eyes.
• Face Soap & Clarity ™ Vitamin C Facial Wash - a key ingredient is Ascorbyl Glucoside that helps fade dark spots and evens pigmentation.

It’s A Pinker Wonderland ™ Advent Calendar £46

You cannot fail but to be utterly impressed by the bonanza size of this advent calendar. First of all the price, for less than £50 you’re getting 24 products that include many full sized products. The actual value of this advent is just short of £90!

As with all my advent reviews I really don’t want to give away the element of surprise. However, it contains everything you need for full face and body pampering. I will tell you however, it contains a beautiful scented candle, so you can hide yourself away for the weekend and just luxuriate in your own spa environment.

It opens like a book, and is full of pink, fun Christmas prints. The box is sturdy so ideal if wrapping to give as an actual present. However, I have to say that last year I received one of these advents, kept it for myself and opened it up through January. It was a lovely surprise and brightened up the dull, winter month. I think I shall do the same this year!

Ideal for rough, dry feet, it has nourishing and hydrating Macadamia Seed Oil, Menthyl Lactate to really refresh the feet and deodorise, a variety of fruit oils to prevent bacteria and exfoliating sugar to keep feet smooth!

The whole advent has something that everyone would love. It has so many uses that you could reuse every year or even split the gift and give out for individual presents. It could be split into a raffle ‘lucky dip’, used as table presents, made into several tree presents - really I think advents have so many uses.
