Natura Siberica Cream-Soap Sample Review 500ml RRP £6.49

 

I love this brand and have been writing reviews on their products for many years. I think the value for money is fantastic as not only are the quality of ingredients good, but the packaging looks far more expensive than what it’s sold for. Which is why I have chosen to review some of their products for Christmas gifting. I know that we are only in October however, if like me, you need to budget then I like to start my shopping around about now! 

These Cream-Soaps come in Nourishing, Softening and Hydrating. The packaging is spot on for autumn/winter and each one is a huge 500ml for just £6.49

Nourishing Cream-Soap

The Nourishing Cream-Soap is ideal for those with dehydrated skin, especially if there’s been a change of hormones, or you suffer with tight, itchy skin. It’s ideal to use with other nourishing skin moisturisers to help you get optimum skin softening benefits. 

Ingredients include:-

• Hippophae Rhamnoidesamidopropyl BetainHR - otherwise known as Sea Buckthorn, ideal for use on dry, flaky skin. Helps regenerate the skin as contains fatty acids. 
• Achillea Asiatica Flower/Leaf/Stem ExtractWH - anti inflammatory this helps soothe inflamed, red skin and aids in the healing of itchy skin conditions. 
• Aquilegia Sibirica Flower/Leaf/Stem ExtractWH - soothes and nourishes dry skin. 
• Flavocetraria Nivalis Extract - an algae extract that is used for it’s skin conditioning properties.
• Panax Ginseng Root Extract - boosts hydration and helps even out skin tone. 
• Onethera Biennis Oil - aka Evening Primrose Oil, contains an abundance of fatty acids that helps treat eczema and other skin conditions. 
• Salvia Officinalis Leaf Extract - Sage - a skin soothing ingredient that also helps tone the skin.

Hydrating Cream-Soap

Again, the Hydrating Cream-Soap is for those who suffer with tight, mature skin. Ideal to use on holiday (the screw bottle means you can decant into smaller bottles), this is great if you’ve had too much sun. Or if you’ve been around harsher weather or exposed your skin to elements such as air conditioning, central heating etc. 

Top ingredients are similar to the Nourishing Cream-Soap but also include:-

• Sorbus Aucuparia Fruit ExtractWH - mountain ash fruit that is incredibly skin conditioning. 
• Geranium Sibericum Extract - anti-inflammatory and antibacterial, helps soothe irritated skin, prevents bacteria build up. 
• Angelica Archangelica Root ExtractWH - a herb that helps brighten the skin and gives even skin tone. 
• Rhodolfo Rosea Root Extract - helps firm the skin and reduce puffiness. 

Softening Cream-Soap

Ideal for those who suffer with rough skin types. It contains the skin nourishing ingredient Shea Butter, an emollient that makes the skin feel incredibly soft. It also has anti-inflammatory benefits so reduces puffiness. 

Aside from Shea Butter it also contains:-

• Agrostis Stolonifera Extract - well, never would I put golf and skin in the same feature, but this plant is often used on golf courses! For your skin however, it is incredibly conditioning. 
• Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract - contains anti-oxidants that help soothe the skin and protect the skin from harsh elements such as pollution. Also helps improve skin hydration. 
• Avena Sativa Kernal Extract - aka Oats, well documented to help soothe dry, irritated skin types. Oat Kernal not only removes dirt and bacteria but also helps the appearance of dull, dehydrated skin types.

I love the pump dispenser as it makes light work in the shower. Whilst you can use over the body they also make great hand soaps to keep by the kitchen sink! Just one small press of the pump produces a light, creamy lather that goes a long way. As mentioned above, whilst there is a pump dispenser the bottle can also be unscrewed, so ideal if decanting for a holiday. 

As for scent, it was hard for me to distinguish between the 3 types, hence why I’ve not written up separately. They all have a refreshing and uplifting delicate fragrance, so suitable for both men and women.
